If the product submitted to us has a problem or fault, the customer can refuse the product and the payment will be fully returned.

If the product is due to customer dissatisfaction (for example, model or color), it is possible to replace, but only if the product is not damaged and not used.

Customers have the opportunity to apply for refund or replacement for up to 3 days after the product is received.
